"I found it confusing to..."
I found it confusing to use. The website says one thing, but then when you actually try to follow the steps, it feels like something else is happening. I kept second-guessing if I was doing it right.

"Pretty decent for trips, but kinda bulky"
It works fine for traveling and gets the job done, but it’s a bit chunky to carry around. Not a dealbreaker, just not super sleek, ya know?

I was disappointed with this because it seemed okay at first, but after using it for a little while the build started to feel kind of cheap, a few parts loosened up faster than I expected, and it scratched way too easily, so for the price I thought it would be a lot sturdier and last longer than it did. Not something I’d buy again.

I was in a bit of a rush when I bought it, and for the price it’s okay. Not bad value, but I wouldn’t really call it a great bargain either

"Shipping was fine, just slower than expected"
I ordered from theaquavault.com and the package did show up in good condition, so no real issues there. It just took a few days longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates were slow, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average on the delivery side.

"Looks fine, but didn’t feel secure"
It looked decent enough when I first got it, and I liked the idea of using it at the beach, but the lock itself felt flimsy. I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting it with my stuff while I was away from my spot.

"Support was super helpful… if you count silence"
I reached out to support and got to enjoy waiting several days for a reply, which was lovely. When they finally did respond, it didn’t actually solve anything or give me anything useful to work with. So yeah, not exactly the support experience I was hoping for.

"Decent size, but I don’t fully trust it now"
I picked up the AquaVault thinking it would give me enough room for the basics, but the inside is tighter than I expected. It fits my phone, a card, and a little cash, but that’s about it. If you have a bigger phone or a thicker case, it starts feeling cramped really fast. The overall size is nice for carrying around, so I’ll give it that, but the storage claim made me lose a bit of trust in it. It’s not terrible, I just wish it had more usable space...
